Parma’s Italian international prop Fabio Staibano has signed a two-year deal with Castres, the French Top 14 rugby club confirmed on Friday.
The 25-year-old has six caps for Italy since making his debut in June 2006 against Japan.
Castres have also extended the contract of France captain Lionel Nallet by two years until 2011.
Centres Steve Kefu of Tonga and England’s Philip Christophers have extended until 2010 along with hooker Romain Terrain.
Second rowers Daniel Saayman and Joe Tekori have also extended their contracts by two years.
